For those experiencing a child in kindergarten for the first time, get ready! You will be amazed at the amount of learning your child will experience. For those more experienced parents, we are anxious to demonstrate the difference a full-day program will make in preparing your child for first grade and for many grades to follow.
To make the kindergarten transition seamless for you and your child, we would like to provide as much helpful information as possible, starting with what to expect over the next few months:

Mandatory Kindergarten Screening will be held at:
Donaldson Elementary - April 19th
Wilson Elementary - April 20th
McKee Elementary - April 27th
Sign-ups for the screening will occur during the spring orientation and are first-come, first-serve. If you are unable to make orientation, please call your school to schedule your screening time.
July/August: Parents will receive the student/teacher assignments.
August: In-coming kindergartners will be welcomed at a student orientation at his/her respective elementary school in August.
