1. ONLINE
Purchasing
tickets online is THE fastest way to acquire tickets with a credit card to
choose exactly where YOU want to sit among all available seats. Once purchased,
just print your tickets at home and bring them to submit at the auditorium door
with no need to stand in line at the Box Office! Online ordering will close 3
hours in advance of each performance-----4 PM prior to the 4 evening shows and
11 AM prior to the Sunday matinee. A service fee will be added to the purchase
of each ticket. Advertiser or employee vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Please
purchase ADA seating through the Box Office. Also note that balcony access is
by stairs only.

2. ACQUIRE A TICKET ORDER FORM AND MAIL IT TO
THE BOX OFFICE
Follow the instructions on the order form to purchase reserved seat tickets by mail in advance of the performance. Immediately upon receipt, your reserved seat tickets will be pulled by the Box Office Manager as what she deems as ‘Best Available’ among all remaining tickets on the main floor of the auditorium. All tickets ordered by mail will be held as a ‘Will Call’ order at the Box Office for pick-up prior to the show.
3. IN PERSON DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
Tickets
may be purchased in person in the Main Office at West Allegheny HS from Monday
through Friday between 10 AM and 2 PM. Payment must be made by cash or check
payable to West Allegheny Musical.
4. AT THE DOOR PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE
All
remaining reserved seat tickets will be sold at the door prior to each
performance, with the Box Office open 1 hour in advance---at 6 PM prior to the 4
evening shows and at 1 PM prior to the Sunday matinee. Since the 2010
renovation expanded the seating capacity to almost 1,000 with a balcony,
excellent seats will always be available at the door.
