Community College of Beaver County Aviation Academy

The CCBC Aviation Academy is a nationally distinctive institution as it is the only program currently in existence in the United States that offers high school students the opportunity to explore Professional Pilot, Air Traffic Control, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles career paths.

Students will gain hands-on experience inside and outside the classroom at the Academy’s Aviation Sciences Center and at the Beaver County Airport. Through the CCBC aviation student, students may earn up to 26 college credits while still attending high school.

This is a dual enrollment program through the Community College of Beaver County. Classes for this program will be held on the campus of the Parkway West Career and Technology Center.

Semester cost is discounted for Aviation Academy students: $210.00/credit for tuition and fees. Scholarships are available for qualified students. College Books are provided at no cost by CCBC.
