Welcome to McKee Elementary School, a renovated and modernized school where all students are inspired to learn and grow. Our teachers and staff are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where students can engage in meaningful and personally challenging learning experiences.
McKee Elementary offers
a quality educational experience through rigorous Mathematics, English Language
Arts, Social Studies, and Science courses.
Our educational program is supported by the following: swimming, band,
chorus, art, music, physical education, library, and Computer Innovation and
Design (CID). CID offers students in
grades 1-5 opportunities in Computer Science, Innovation, and Design. Students
engage in computer programming/coding through programs like Tynker, Scratch,
Code and Lego Robotics (grades 3-5). Additionally, students participate in a cooperative design process in our MakerSpace course. Our district offers students 1:1 technology through Chromebooks and iPads.
We partner with parents and community through an active and dedicated PTA group. We value meaningful relationships with families and encourage parent input and involvement. Our combined efforts will make McKee Elementary a successful school experience for YOUR child.
