Canvas is the Learning Management System for parents and students in grades K-12. A learning management system, (or LMS), is a software-based platform that provides a framework and tools to facilitate learning both inside and outside of the school building.

Using Microsoft Teams in the Classroom

West Allegheny has implemented Microsoft Teams for situations where virtual learning is needed. Students can access a Microsoft Teams room through a teacher's Canvas page.
