ACCELERATE is a program designed to advance career connections for our students through experiential learning and exposure to real-world application, training, and exploration. By connecting students to industry partners while in high school, we are committing to supporting them as they discover their future career goals. Through exploration and hands-on experiences, students will learn what is required in their desired career field – education, specific career skills, and life skills.

Most recently, on Thursday, March 20, our ninth-grade students participated in a field trip to the Allegheny Campus of the Community College of Allegheny County. This annual trip is consistently a highlight for students, as it offers an interactive opportunity to explore the two-year college environment and the programs CCAC offers.
