In order to guarantee your child, and all the students in the classroom, the excellent learning climate they deserve, I will be utilizing the following Discipline Plan.

MY PHILOSOPHY: Each child is extremely important and worthwhile and together (student, family, school, community) we can make a difference in helping each student achieve his/her potential.

OUR CLASS RULES:

1. Raise your hand

2. Keep your hands, feet, and objects to yourself

3. Come to class prepared with all supplies and homework completed

4. Only speak kind words

5. Follow directions the first time

IF A STUDENT CHOOSES TO BREAK A RULE:

1. Warning (verbal/name on board)

2. Loss of privileges - fill out a behavior log (shown below)

3. Call home/note home

4. Office

IF A STUDENT CHOOSES TO FOLLOW THE RULES:

2. Positive notes/phone calls home
